Woman dies after being hit by bus at Rochor Rd/Queen St junction

SINGAPORE: A woman died after she was run over by a Johor Bahru-Singapore Express Bus on Tuesday evening.

The accident happened just before 11pm at the junction between Rochor Road and Queen Street.

Witnesses said the pedestrian was pinned under the left rear wheel of the bus.

She was pronounced dead by paramedics at about 11.15pm.
