SINGAPORE: A family is taking a pet farm to court for selling them a puppy, which apparently has only a year to live.

The Oh family bought a three-month-old puppy for over S$3,000 about a month ago.

But they soon learnt that it suffers from heart problems.

The family discovered this when they took their puppy for its third injection.

They feel that the pet farm should not have sold them a puppy which had not been sent for a thorough check-up.

The pet farm had refused to give a refund and had apparently ignored the calls from the family.
