SINGAPORE : A new book has been published to honour the work of Singapore's three most illustrious Professors of Law.

"Lives in the Law" is the first of its kind to be published in the Republic.

It is in recognition of Emeritus Professors Peter Ellinger, Koh Kheng Lian and Professor Tan Sook Yee.

They are also known as the pioneer group of law professors at the National University of Singapore.

Together, they are responsible for training numerous lawyers.

Essays in the book about the biography of the trio were written by academics and legal experts.

The book was launched by Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong, who also wrote the foreword. - CNA/ch
