Youth who harassed debtor surrenders to police after news report

SINGAPORE: Following a report on MediaCorp News on 14 January, a 17-year-old youth has surrendered to the police.

He will be charged in court on Wednesday for harassing a debtor, on behalf of a loan shark.

His photo was among the four that were made public by the Police.

The Police circulated images of the four who are wanted to assist in investigations into three cases of harassment, all related to unlicensed moneylending.

Now that one is in custody, three are still at large.
