SINGAPORE : ASEAN's foreign ministers will meet in Singapore from February 19-20 for their annual retreat.
Singapore is currently chairman of the ASEAN Standing Committee.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the ministers will discuss regional developments, ASEAN integration and implementation of the ASEAN Charter.
Observers say they are expected to update the meeting of the charter ratification process in their respective countries.
Singapore has already ratified the ASEAN Charter.
The ASEAN Foreign Minister's Retreat will also be an opportunity for the new Thai Foreign Minister to meet his ASEAN counterparts. - CNA /ls
