Mah Bow Tan to deliver keynote address at HK's housing conference

SINGAPORE: Minister for National Development Mah Bow Tan will be in Hong Kong from Wednesday to Friday.

During his visit, he will deliver a keynote address at the International Housing Conference organised by the Hong Kong Housing Society in celebration of its 60th anniversary.

Mr Mah will be sharing Singapore's experience in public housing and how it seeks to cater to the life cycle needs of Singaporeans in public housing.

The minister will also meet the Hong Kong Secretary for Transport and Housing Eva Cheng and visit the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Hong Kong Planning Department, public housing for the elderly as well as nature reserves in the Special Administrative Region.

Mr Mah will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of National Development, Housing & Development Board, National Parks Board and Urban Redevelopment Authority.
