Malaysia's foreign minister to visit Singapore

SINGAPORE : Malaysia's Foreign Minister Rais Yatim will make an introductory visit to Singapore on Thursday.

A statement from Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Dr Rais Yatim will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew and Deputy Prime Minister S Jayakumar during his visit.

He will be hosted to lunch by Singapore's Foreign Minister, George Yeo.

The Malaysian minister will be accompanied by his wife and Malaysian officials. - CNA/ms
