Ngee Ann Polytechnic signs MOU with Beijing Film Academy

SINGAPORE : Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Film & Media Studies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Beijing Film Academy.

The MOU covers staff and student exchanges, collaborative projects and mutual film screenings.

The Beijing Film Academy, touted to be the largest film school in Asia, has a strong alumni of film-makers like Zhang Yimou and Chen Kaige. In addition, it has a strong international thrust with foreign faculty members.

At the recent Singapore International Film Festival, Ngee Ann Poly graduates won all six awards in the Short Film Category. - CNA /ls
