President Nathan, MM Lee to attend 2008 Beijing Olympics

SINGAPORE: President S R Nathan and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew will attend the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

MM Lee will attend the Games Opening Ceremony on 8 August and return home on 9 August to celebrate Singapore's National Day.

President Nathan will attend the Games from 12 to 16 August, and will visit Henan before returning to Singapore on 18 August.
