SINGAPORE : The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has launched a new set of coins to commemorate Singapore's 43 years of independence.

The coins feature the National Day Parade logo "Celebrating the Singapore Spirit". It depicts five young Singaporeans, reaching for the stars - striving for excellence and confident of a brighter future. The Singapore Flyer and various parade activities are also featured on the coins.

The coins will be issued on July 8.

More information is available at The Singapore Mint
website.
