More than 1,500 entries for YOG logo design competition

SINGAPORE: More than 1,500 entries have been received for the Singapore 2010 Logo Design Competition.

The competition, organised by the Singapore Youth Olympic Games Organising Committee, will close on August 29 at midnight.

More than half the entries came from youths while the open category received just over 700 entries.

75 per cent of the total entries were from Singapore.

A panel of 13 judges, comprising leaders from the sports and creative sectors will assess the entries. - CNA/vm
