SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 36-year-old Chinese national for murder. The victim, a 28-year-old Chinese national, was found dead in a flat at Block 94, Henderson Road at 6.45am on Thursday. A knife, believed to be the murder weapon, was found on the second floor parapet. An hour later, police arrested the murder suspect at Block 203, Henderson Road.
