SINGAPORE: The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA) has said it will be prosecuting two retail outlets of minimart chain, I-Tec Supermart, for allegedly persisting in selling imported milk and milk products from China.
It confirmed that it has also given verbal warnings to another ten retail outlets.
AVA said its officers have been conducting daily checks on shops as part of its enforcement action against irresponsible retailers.
The public can call the AVA hotline at 6325-7625 if they see any retailers still selling milk or milk products from China.
