SINGAPORE: Qatar's Deputy Premier Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah called on Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong at the Istana on Friday afternoon.

Mr Abdullah, who is also the energy and industry minister, exchanged views with Mr Goh on possible collaboration in the energy sector.

Both men also discussed economic opportunities between Asia and the Middle East, as well as recent international developments.

Mr Abdullah is in Singapore on a three-day visit at the invitation of SM Goh. They last met during the senior minister's official visit to Qatar in January this year.
