SM Goh to visit Hong Kong and Macau

SINGAPORE: Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong will make a working visit to Hong Kong starting Monday till Wednesday and a two-day visit to Macau from Thursday.

In Hong Kong, Mr Goh will deliver a keynote address on "Governance and Growth in Emerging Asia" at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre's Annual Dinner.

The dinner will be attended by leaders from Hong Kong's government, business, academic and media sectors.

A statement from the Prime Minister's Office said Senior Minister Goh will also be hosted to lunches by Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang and the vice-chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Tung Chee-hwa.

In Macau, Mr Goh will call on and be hosted to lunch by Macau Chief Executive Edmund Ho.

Mr Goh will be accompanied by Mrs Goh, Members of Parliament Mr Lim Biow Chuan and Mrs Josephine Teo, and senior government officials.
