SINGAPORE: Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs called on Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong on Saturday.

Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was in Singapore to chair the 28th Olympic Council of Asia in his capacity as president of the organisation.

While at the Istana, they discussed Kuwait's five-year development plan and views on bilateral co-operation.

Both parties agreed that there were investment opportunities in both countries, and that there was room for Singapore to share its developmental experience and expertise with Kuwait. - CNA/vm
