LOS ANGELES: Oscar-winner Forest Whitaker and British heart-throb Jude Law will team up for a futuristic drama about human organ transplants, it was reported on Monday.

Whitaker scooped this year's best actor Academy Award for his turn as Ugandan dictator Idi Amin in "Last King of Scotland" while Law has twice been nominated for Oscars ("The Talented Mr Ripley," "Cold Mountain").

Entertainment press said Whitaker and Law's new film -- "The Repossession Mambo" -- would be set in the near-future when artificial human organs can be
bought on credit, when defaulting on payment leads to a fatal repossession. - AFP/fa
