SINGAPORE : The ASEAN business community took their meeting to a more relaxed environment on Friday evening.
They headed to one of Singapore's hottest night clubs - Ministry of Sound.
The welcome reception was an informal business networking for those attending the ASEAN Business & Investment Summit.
Minister of State for Trade and Industry Mr Lee Yi Shyan graced the event.
The summit, which begins on Saturday, gathers over 1,000 top government officials and leading business executives from within and outside ASEAN.
Delegates will get to understand the economic aspects of ASEAN integration and what it means for Asia. Other topics include how ASEAN companies can position themselves to stay competitive.
The summit ends on Sunday, November 18. - CNA /ls
