SINGAPORE: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Wong Kan Seng will attend the biennial Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Kampala, Uganda from Friday till Sunday.
Mr Wong will represent Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who is unable to attend the Kampala CHOGM as Singapore is chairing the 13th ASEAN Summit and its related meetings.
Mr Wong will be accompanied by Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Zainul Abidin Rasheed and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Home Affairs.
