Singaporeans aged 55 and above with annual assessable incomes of $100,000 or less, will receive a Senior Citizens' Bonus. This will be paid in two components, cash and contributions into their MediSave accounts.

Those who are still working and earn low-wages will also receive a Workfare Income Supplement (WIS).
Singaporeans aged 45 years up and earning $1,000 and less, will receive supplements of up to $1,200 per year or between 10 and 20%, pegged to their age.
Those aged 60 and above will get more, with amounts ranging from $1,000 for those in the lower-income group, to $400 for those who are better off.

The Singapore Allowance will be raised by $20 per month, raising the gross pension ceiling to $1,150 per month for pensioners residing in Singapore.
