SINGAPORE: Come November 25, five Singapore children will be the envy of many football fans when they stand on the home ground of Manchester United.

Reinaldy Nathanial Divian, Ng Jun Wei, Ronald Lim Hui Min, Marcus Lim Jing Xiang and Shawn Lee Yi Xiang are five of the 10 lucky children who won the 'Little Champions' priceless experiences offered by MasterCard, official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League in association with Standard Chartered Bank.

They are among 24 children chosen from Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia and the United Arab to escort team players onto the pitch during the UEFA Champions League match between Manchester United and Besiktas JK.

Dennis Khoo, General Manager of Retail Banking Products at Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore, is glad to be able to bring this unique opportunity to their customers.

"We are delighted to have partnered MasterCard to help our customers and their loved ones to realise their dreams, providing them with the unique opportunity to be at the heart of the match."

Another two children will be selected from Singapore for the knockout round in March 2010, and another pair will be selected for the semi-finals in April 2010.

The final one lucky 'Little Champion' will have the ultimate privilege of being a player escort at the UEFA Champions League Final to be held on 22 May 2010 in Madrid, Spain.
