SINGAPORE: Singapore picked up silver medals in the Girls and Boys Team Bowling finals.

The girls beat off strong competition from Japan.

But in the end, they failed to claim the pole position from the Koreans.

Meanwhile, the Boys Team finished the qualifying rounds in fourth position.

They eventually emerged second after the bowling a brilliant last-round game. - CNA/vm
