HIV and AIDS isn't a talking point for most parts of the year,until December and in particular, December 1st which is World AIDS Day. It was established by the World Health Organization in 1988 and serves to focus attention on the devastating impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and remind everyone that action will make a difference in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
