The event also saw some 20 Applied Materials’ staff volunteers help out at the Camp, where 40 Damai Primary School students participated in hands-on activities, such as building a catapult from recycled materials and creating a smokeless stove out of twigs, leaves and rocks. The continued sponsorship is expected to benefit approximately 640 students in the district.
