BEIJING : China will study plans to cut taxes for small firms in downstream industries help them cope with rising costs, state media quoted Premier Li Keqiang as saying.

China will take further measures to prevent rising commodity prices from trickling down to downstream sectors, Li was quoted as saying. No details were given.
