Chloe Cho is a Presenter and Executive Producer at Channel NewsAsia. She presents and oversees editorial content for business and technology-related shows including “Millionaire Minds,” and “Investor Insights.”
Chloe is an experienced moderator, having chaired panels at international forums including the World Economic Forum, the Asian Development Bank and the ASEAN Summit.
Before joining Channel NewsAsia, Chloe was an anchor at CNBC. She also served as a news editor and anchor for Arirang TV of South Korea, and a contributing reporter for CNN World Report. She has reported on key news developments from the 2008 global financial crisis to the coup in Thailand and the North Korean nuclear crisis.
Having traveled extensively on assignments, Chloe has interviewed newsmakers the world over including IMF Chief Christine Lagarde, former U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and Eurogroup President Jeroen Dijsselbloem.
Chloe was selected among 50 Most Influential Koreans recognized for their work in international media, culture and arts by Newsweek Korea in 2009. Chloe was also a finalist for “Best Business Report” at the CNN World Report Contributors’ Awards in 2003, and also for the TV Personality category in the AIBs (Association for International Broadcasting) Awards in 2015 and 2016.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in French at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul.
Chloe is a native speaker of English, Korean and also speaks French.
