Japan is still assessing the extent of damage from Typhoon Hagibis which killed at least 68 people. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said his government is considering a supplementary budget of US$4.6 billion for reconstruction work. Michiyo Ishida visited some of the worst-hit areas in Tokyo and filed this report.
