Mobile payments have become more popular in India as people avoid the use of cash for fear of contracting COVID-19 through contaminated surfaces. Facebook-owned WhatsApp this month became the latest company to move into the mobile payments sphere, adding to the already crowded market. Rebecca Bundhun with this report.
