It’s been a year since South Korean President Moon Jae-In went to North Korea to hold his third summit meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. They signed the Pyongyang Declaration on Sep 19, 2018, agreeing to end hostilities between the two sides. But no progress has been made since then. Lim Yun Suk reports.
