The third round of voting takes place on Apr 23 in India's seven-phase elections. Maharashtra, a state in western India, is home to millions of farmers. Winning their votes is a top priority, as half of India's population works on farms. However in recent years, thousands of farmers have committed suicide because they were unable to pay their debts. Rebecca Bundhun reports.
