Restaurants are rushing to amend reservations and up their manpower to deal with a predicted surge in diners before tighter COVID-19 measures kick in this Saturday (May 8). Some say they're more prepared for this round of tightening after the lessons learnt from last year's "circuit breaker". Isabelle Lim reports.
