Singapore, GlobalFoundries to invest S$120 million in next-generation RAM technology | Video(Updated: )
A memory chip the size of a postage stamp, but yet with the capability to store much more data and read data at even faster speeds. GlobalFoundries, Nanyang Technological University and the National Research Foundation is investing S$120 million over four years in a next-generation RAM technology that's critical to Singapore's push towards becoming a smart nation.
