Chef and culinary anthropologist Nithiya Laila is taking you out of the supermarkets and into Singapore’s Edible Wild to discover an array of unique ingredients that are indigenous to the little red dot.

Together with foraging experts, urban gardeners, farmers and green-fingered restauranteurs, Nithiya's journey will take her around the island - venturing into the waters of Bishan Park where she finds Golden Apple snails, to discovering unique superfoods like moringa and noni. Nithiya will create exciting dishes with these ingredients and show you how easy it is to eat local and keep healthy.
