More perks, bigger savings: Shopee Premium brands launch loyalty programmes

Shopee has announced the launch of its Brand Memberships programme. Similar to a loyalty programme, shoppers can enjoy perks on Shopee Premium brands, including loyalty points, exclusive vouchers as well as gifts with purchase.

In conjunction with the upcoming 7.7 Great Shopee Sale, the e-commerce platform has launched the Shopee Mall Brand Memberships programme, a tool that aims to amplify the customer experience. 

Similar to how loyalty programmes work, the Brand Memberships programme allows merchants to customise their own membership programmes for customers, including the welcome gift, number of membership tiers, and brand loyalty points awarded for each purchase.

Brands that have launched their membership programmes include Shopee Premium beauty brands Sulwhasoo, Laneige, Biotherm, Elizabeth Arden, IT Cosmetics, Paula’s Choice and FOREO.

Sulwhasoo and Laneige, for example, are offering one point for every S$1 spent. Shoppers will also get 100 bonus points for signing up. 

Through the membership programme, shoppers can accumulate and redeem loyalty points for exclusive benefits such as upsized vouchers and gifts with purchases. Shopee Mall Brand Memberships vouchers can also be stacked with other Shopee vouchers, resulting in more savings.

Shopee's Brand Memberships programme has been rolled out across seven markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. It aims to help brands capture more growth online, build deeper connections with potential and existing customers, and convert them into valuable lifetime customers.

The Shopee Mall Brand Memberships Grand Launch campaign has officially started in the lead up to the 7.7 Great Shopee Sale. Over 200 brands on Shopee Mall across popular categories are participating in the launch. 

These brands will offer attractive launch perks such as new registration bonus points, upsized vouchers, and exclusive welcome gifts. The Brand Memberships programme can be easily accessed by each user under the Shopee Loyalty tab on the app.
