Are ‘healthier’ instant noodles really better for you?

The secret to delicious instant ramen is what makes it unhealthy: The combination of wheat flour, frying process and seasoning. Eating a lot of it has been linked to higher risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. So are ‘healthier’ versions made with alternative ingredients like moringa leaves or aloe vera; containing vegetables; or noodles that are air-dried - really better for your health?
