Bangkok could be underwater in 30 years, experts estimate, due to rising sea levels and land subsidence. Landscape architect Kotchakorn Voraakhom and her team Porous City Network are finding ways to alleviate Bangkok's flood woes through a downtown park with a underground flood control system, and to combat #globalwarming with Asia's largest rooftop urban farm at Thammasat University.
