When he left Bangladesh in 2001, it was out of desperation. Eleven mouths had to be fed and it was up to him to figure out how. After working in Singapore for 18 years, Joy Sudip Bhadro has achieved far more than he set out to do. Hundreds of youths in his hometown of Habiganj are becoming sought-after engineers because of him. How did the migrant worker do it?
