Eason Chan will be performing in a free online concert on Saturday (Jul 11), and he’s doing it for a good cause.

The Live is So Much Better with Music Eason Chan Charity Concert is set to benefit the Hong Kong Live Performance and Production Industry Association (HKLPPIA), which supports those working in the entertainment industry who have seen their livelihoods affected by the pandemic.

Chan will perform twice: The “Sunrise” performance is from 6am to 6.30am and the “Sunset” show is from 5pm to 6pm.

Said Chan of the two performances: “Sunrise, sunset represents a day, and regardless of how difficult the day had been, the sun will still rise the next day. Hoping that everyone has confidence, strength, and support to tide through the pandemic together.”

Chan is known for his hit songs such as Ten Years, K Song Sing and Flavors.

Aaron Kwok held a similar charity concert in May.

Fans can catch the livestream on HKLPPIA's Facebook and YouTube pages.
