Budget 2021 debate: Poh Li San on post-pandemic recovery, green bonds

Workers and businesses need the resilience to innovate, reinvent and adapt to compete against the best on the global stage, MP Poh Li San said in Parliament on Friday (Feb 26). She gave the assurance that "in unity, we can emerge stronger". She added that the green bonds on select public infrastructure projects were a welcome financing tool to catalyse the flow of capital towards sustainable development and anchor Singapore as a green finance hub.
