Lam Pin Min on tighter measures against drone intrusions(Updated: )
All drones operating in Singapore must be registered, and pilots of large and more capable drones must have licences. This will ensure that drone operators know their responsibilities and act responsibly. In Parliament on Monday (Jul 8), Senior Minister of State for Transport Lam Pin Min outlined these proposed measures to prevent drone intrusions, in response to questions from MPs. He said there will be stricter enforcement actions against errant drone operators and counter-drone capabilities at the airport have also been strengthened.
