Amy Khor on use of smaller and more discreet surveillance cameras to nab high-rise litterbugs(Updated: )
Cameras that are smaller have a shorter optical range and duration if they are used to nab high-rise litterbugs. The National Environment Agency (NEA) has to consider the size of the camera, as well as the entire system that includes the battery pack. Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment Amy Khor said this in reply to an MP's question in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 4). She said NEA will continue to look at developments in camera technology, including better image resolution and detection capabilities to deter littering.
