Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 2: Chong Kee Hiong on National Service Review Committee

In Parliament on Monday (Mar 1), MP Chong Kee Hiong asked for an update on the progress of the National Service Review Committee. He wanted to know what initiatives it is working on to make NS processes more accessible and convenient, and whether waiting times and service delivery standards will be improved. Mr Chong also asked how regularly the Ministry of Defence collects and reviews feedback from NSmen and the public.
