How many cases have been filed, heard and resolved since the setting up of the Community Disputes Resolution Tribunal (CDRT), asked MP Patrick Tay in Parliament on Monday (Mar 1). He also asked how the CDRT could ensure efficient and more effective resolutions, amid increasing neighbourly disputes as more people work from home. He also asked for updates on cases filed under the Protection from Harassment Act, and for a breakdown on the number of cases involving the community or neighbours, online harassment, sexual harassment and workplace harassment.
