Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 4: Louis Ng on achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050

In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 3), MP Louis Ng asked if Singapore will pledge to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, joining the likes of Hong Kong and Monaco. He also wanted an update on how the Public Service is taking the lead on environmental sustainability. Mr Ng asked if sustainability managers will be required to report each year on how well Government ministries have fared in meeting their targets.
