The COVID-19 crisis has pushed more women into the workforce to support their families, and having more flexi-work arrangements like telecommuting and flexible hours would help them juggle career and family responsibilities. In Parliament on Tuesday (Sep 1), MP Yeo Wan Ling said she will advocate this. She also emphasised the importance of recognising non-traditional occupations and unconventional career paths which are coming to the fore amid the pandemic.
