Low take-up rate for Mid-Career Pathways Programme | Video(Updated: )
An initiative to help mid-career workers secure traineeships is not gaining traction as fast as hoped. A similar programme for fresh graduates, which began two months earlier in June, has seen more than 4,700 placements.
