Mohd Sayfullah has cerebral palsy. His speech may be affected, but it hasn't stopped him from being able to communicate with others - through an iPad that lets him string words together and plays them aloud. He is one of many benefiting from devices by Tech Able, an assistive technology centre in Singapore that helps people with disabilities go about their everyday lives more independently.
