Simgo's cloud based virtual SIM management platform removes the physical SIM card from mobile devices and places it in the cloud. The platform is then able to dynamically assign any SIM card to the mobile device based on customised criteria such as time, location and coverage, cost and other preferences. Simgo's platform minimizes the cost and effort of managing connectivity as well as deployment and security for large fleets of connected devices and enables a range of new an innovative customer solutions.
Two years after incorporation, 2016 is looking be a big year for Simgo, with its first service launching to market. The portable hotspot will be a key milestone in generating revenue and growing the company.
MEET THE TEAM
Kelvin See is the Chief Operating Officer of Simgo, leading global sales and operations, managing a geographically diverse team of industry professionals. Prior to his appointment as COO in 2016, he was managing a self-found start-up providing telecommunication services and consultancy for service providers in developing countries. In addition, he has over 14 years of industry experience, working in product management, business development and sales in global communications companies such as Deutsche Telekom and Singtel.
Business Development Manager
Tobias manages the business development for Simgo, as well as fund raising and management of investor relations. During his prior work experience at the MNC division of Deutsche Telekom Asia, he provided telecommunication and mobility consultancy services for the top MNC customers of Deutsche Telekom AG in Asia.
As a master graduate with a major in finance and accounting, he has professional experience in corporate finance, (financial-) consultancy and tax advisory.

The platform is then able to dynamically assign any SIM card to the mobile device based on criteria such as time, location and coverage, cost and other preferences. Simgo's platform minimizes the cost and effort of managing connectivity as well deployment and security for large fleets of connected devices.
SIM cards are being managed and assigned to devices from a centralized location, while dynamic APIs allow partners to build customer specific solutions on top of Simgo's virtual SIM management platform, opening up a range of new and innovative solutions. Current applications built with this platform include: Mobile roaming, mobile data roaming with Simgo's vSIM portable hotspot, mobile voice recording and connectivity management for IoT.
The virtual SIM management platform manages all vSIM enabled connected devices such as our vSIM portable Hotspot and vSIM cover, that brings the virtual SIM capability to the iPhone. Additionally, Simgo's platform is available as an SDK to be easily integrated directly into any connected IoT device's chipset as well as directly into the Smartphone at the manufacturing stage, thereby creating a software only solution, without additional hardware requirements.
