SINGAPORE: Have you ever been overwhelmed by the sheer number of results a simple Google search gets you? Watch Thanos solve that problem for you.
The Internet giant on Thursday (Apr 25) snuck in an Easter egg into its search engine, so googling "Thanos" triggers an image of the Infinity Gauntlet in the top-right of the search results.
Click on the gauntlet and with a snap of its fingers, some of the search results dissolve into "dust".
The page moves up and down as "Thanos" eliminates the next unfortunate target.

This was released to coincide with the release of Marvel superhero blockbuster Avengers: Endgame.
In the previous movie, Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Thanos uses the gauntlet - with the powers of the six Infinity Stones - to wipe out half the universe's population in a snap.
However, all is not lost - clicking the Infinity Gauntlet again restores the search results.
Google has previously planted Easter eggs in its search engine, referencing a wide variety of topics, events and occasions.
