Blue light from LED lighting disruptive to sleep, but does not damage cells: Doctors | Video

A recent study by the French health authority says that exposure to LED lights can result in "irreversible loss" of cells for vision. While Singapore doctors disagree with the findings, they say blue light does disrupt the production of a sleep hormone which can lead to poor sleep cycles and possibly health conditions.
